To request a return, please email info@sayesstudio.com within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

─ Take care not to overfill your bag, in order to preserve its shape.

─ Avoid contact with dark-coloured materials, as colour transfer may occur.

─ When not in use, store your bag in its dust bag to protect it from dust and environmental exposure.

─ Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.

─ Avoid contact with oil, mud, dirt, abrasive surfaces and rain.

─ Light-coloured leathers are more susceptible to marking and should be handled with extra care.

─ Any cleaning should be carried out only by a professional leather specialist.

─ Do not use sprays, repellents or protective coating products.

Throughout our production process, we prioritise high-quality materials and environmentally conscious practices. Our leathers are sourced from Leather Working Group (LWG)-certified tanneries. LWG is an independent organisation that promotes higher environmental standards within the leather industry and supports more responsible sourcing practices.
